Might be done for the day

As we speak, the wind has picked up and Centurion is in the midst of a fiery storm. The players hats are blowing off and the umpires are immediately taking the players off. This is a typical Highveld storm and it looks like we might be done for the day.

Please explain to me the highlighted parts.
