"MIDDLE" VOICE IN ENGLISH

hello! i write a report about "middle" voice in English. Also, I interested in "reciprocal" voice in English. I should find it in any book. I chose Orwell's "1984", but it difficult to find smth. Could you help me to understand this grammatical problem and may be to reccomend me book where I can find "middle" or "reciprocal" voice? Thanks for your answers.
