middle position

How would you explain instructions?

It depends on your type of oven and your used setting. Your goal is to have the highest possible temperature to bake your pizza [in].
Ideally, I would bake it in the middle position, at highest heat from both sides.

What is the middle position to you mean? Is say the above natural?

Thanks

The middle position refers to the rack being halfway between the top of the oven and the bottom. In some ovens, you cannot position a rack in the middle. Whether the middle position evenly heats both sides of the food in the middle position depends on where the heat source is, and that depends on the oven.
