Microcosom

This patient is a microcosom revealing the extent of AIDS has spread through in that particular village.

Could a doctor or any other medical personal says the above?

Hello Andrei A microcosm is a 'little world', 'a world in miniature'. For 'microcosm' to make sense here, AIDS would have to spread through one person in the same way that it spreads through a village. I'm not sure that would be a true analogy.
