Mickey's house's garden / house garden

Can I say,

(a) There will be hi-tea followed by dinner. It is held in Mickey's house's garden / house garden.

(b) It is held in the garden of Mickey's house.

P/s: Do we say, "There will be" or "There is "? Normally, we use "There is / are", I seldom and don't know how to use "There will".
