Methodology

Dear all:
I am a teacher of English for EFL. I need your help to provide many sources for modern practical methodology - How to teach grammar, reading, writing, listening. What are the appropriate ways for a good lesson plan. The most important question is that what are the characteristics of intermediate and secondary school students and how i as a teacher deal with them both.

Best regards,
Ahmed
