messy lines

Currently, my modem is connected to a phone-line splitter which is plugged into a modem splitter which directly connects to the phone jack. The phone-line splitter also has two phone cords that are attached to two different phones.

The above is pretty messy. Could you make it more natural?

Not necessarily, I just thought if you have two phone cords, each attached to a phone, it is clear that they are attached to two different phones. The only use of saying 'to two different phones' woul
