Could you please help me with the following message, i need to schedule a dinner with my boss and a friend of mine , i would like to ask him if its convenient for him at 8 pm and if he has some food preference/place and ect., as it is a holiday now i want to apologies for bothering him and to wish him great holiday ahead.

"i am sorry for bothering you during the holiday i hope you are having a great time , just wanted to confirm if 8pm on Tuesday is convenient for you for the dinner with X, do you have any food preferences or should i decide a place where we can have dinner "
