Message by SMS to boss

would appreciate your kind assistance to check the below messages which are more suitable to send by SMS to my boss without offended him. My boss is currently in overseas and will be returned only after 21st Nov. Could someone help.

Dear Tuan Syed,
(1) Kindly take note that our carpark access cards were suspended effective 21st Nov. as informed by Mr. Chan's office.

(2) I was informed by Mr. Chan's office that our carpark access cards were suspended effective 21st Nov. Kindly take note.

(3) Please be informed that our carpark access cards have been deactivated effective 21st Nov. as informed by Mr. Chan's office 2 days ago.
