Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary

Did the lexicographers of ‘Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary’ make a mistake?

Is there anyone who has ‘Merriam Webster’s Collegiate Dictionary Eleventh Edition’? It says, on 142p, the following : ?one for the book : an act or occurrence worth nothing. Is it the mistake of lexicographers? I tried to search the definition on-line. It also says so. (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/book) Nevertheless, 'Webster’s third new international dictionary' correctly says the adverse definition : ? one for the book : an act or occurrence worth recording : a notable performance : record <that play is one for the book>
