Mention someone under

I have never heard him mention her under any other name.

Q1) Grammatically, does "under any other name" modify "her"? (I would say yes and don't think it's modifying "her")

Q2) Can "in any other name" be used instead of "under any other name"? (I would say yes)

Please answer my questions one by one and check whether my answers for each question are correct.
