"menpower"

Can I use the word to describe a certain circumstance when a company uses all-human efforts to deal with certain matters?
For example:" Does FedEx process their customer account applications through menpower?"

In which case I mean to say that there's no automatic computer processing to aid the process?

Thanks in advance!

I see.
But just making sure,
does "manually" really qualify as the best fitting word here?
Somehow I think it should only be applied to a human subject?

It's fine.
Think of it as meaning
"Do the FedEx employees process their customer account applications manually?"
