Memory is reduced

This new machine memory is reduced to 123 compared to previous machines which had 1234 memory.

I would say "This new machine's memory . . . "

Also, you need a unit. You can't just say "1234 memory." 1234 what? Bytes? Megabytes? Gigabytes?
