Hello everyone!

Could anyone check my grammar, spelling and sentence structure in my memorandum???

Memorandum

Dear staff,

Please be aware that we are expecting for His Excellency Hj. Abdul Rahman Abdullah’s delegation is arriving on 25^{th November.}

For that day the following things must be done

The restaurant will be closed on that day

No alcohol will be served

All the meat except pork must be bought from a registered halal dealer

The restaurant will be divided into two sections:

Section one for twelve women in the delegation (no male diners or male staff must be able to see the women while they are unveiled and dining)

Section two for thrity- two men

SILENCE while the delegation says a prayer before the meal and after the meals

There must be a selection of Arabian and Lebanese music to be playing. You will get CDs from a courier on Wednesday 18th June.

Be aware that at that day you will see security for the delegation at our restaurant

I hope you all will do well in your sevice. And please exceed our guests expectations.
