Memo

I have an assignment to write a bussiness memo. I have a question related to the end of memo section i.e "Copy".
In this section company's president is included.
Qs1: Company's president will be written under Board of Director heading?
e.g
Bord of Director:
S. William (say)
Qs2: This initial S refers to person's first name or middle name?
Qs3: My company president is Scott A. William, I should include this in copy section as S. William or A. William or just full name?
