Hi,

1. You can activate your membership if you came back anytime before the suspension end date. If you were still away, please make sure the extension of suspension is made 5 business days before August 10th, 2010s.

What's the difference between these two conditional sentences? Wouldn't the first be somewhat redundant since they practically mean the same thing?
