Meeting request

I want to ask my new advisor when could she meet. Please tell me how to say that. Here is what I have:

I am writing to schedule and appointment with you to discuss my study plan. Please let me know when you may be available to meet.

Please edit or make the required changes to clarify and let her know why I am contacting her.

Than you

I suggest this. I would be grateful for an appointment with you to discuss my study plan. Please let me know when this would be convenient for you.

Thank you so much teacher. I wish I could write like you!
Just curious, is was I wrote wrong? And are there any grammatical errors? I would appreciate it if you fix/enhance my request just to see!

Many thanks!

may be seems too tentative.

Thank you. Then how about 'would' instead of may be. Is that better?

Hi Clive, would you please advice if the word 'would' works better.

Also, is it correct to say: would you please advice.

Thanks again!

'Would be' is better than 'may be'.

'Would you please advise me' is not wrong, but to my ear it sounds a little clumsy.
'Please let me know' sounds better.

Thank you very much for your tips and help.

I meant to say: what if I used would be in the middle of the sentence not the beginning, because you mentioned that '........ may be available to meet' doesn't sound good, so I suggested '...... would be available to meet'.
So, please let me know when could you meet?Something like that, you mean.

Please let me know when you would be available to meet. OK. But my original suggestion in my first post is better.

Please let me know when could you meet. 'Could' is not good here. Also, your word order is wrong. It is not a direct question.

Yes, I already sent your original suggestion. I am just asking additional question to figure out things.

Why is could not good? And how would order the words to make it better? I am asking just to enhance my skills.

Why is could not good? It's just not as natural as the other choices we have discussed above.

And how would order the words to make it better?
