Hi everybody, I am sending a meeting request to really important people in our corporation and I would like the invitation to be perfectly correct...could you please check it out and tell me if it is understandable?
Thank you so much!

Dear All,
as you probably know, there are several upcoming changes in the system of internal communication in XXY. These include especially:
• New set of internal newsletters, • Establishment of the news section within the XXZ, • Utilization of FB
I am going to XXY next week and I would like to use this opportunity to present you a short slide pack which sums up all the upcoming changes and demonstrates how these three elements can facilitate communication within the company.
Special attention will be paid to the question of how the news stories and other updates are going to be shared within the corporation.
I am aware that time is precious and therefore I am offering two terms in which the presentation takes place:
1. Tuesday, 16th April 9 am to10 am 2. Wednesday, 17th April from 11 am to 12:00 am
(Both presentations take place in XXY HQ. The meeting room will be specified.)
Please, indicate which of the terms suits you better by responding to this email. If you don’t find time in neither of them, I would be happy to meet you in person in the XXY office next week.
Thank you
I am looking forward to meeting you
Best Regards
