MEETING MINUTES

Stock Options and Related Issues
Several managers said that employees wanted to know if and when they would be able to purchase more of their shares on an accelerated schedule. At the moment, employees can only buy shares annually.
Thomas Wheeler replied that he wasn't sure exactly what thespecifics were going to be, but he anticipated that employees would be able to purchase shares on a quarterly basis beginning January 1. He promised to talk this over with the head of human resources and then fill the managers in at the next meeting.
Employee Performance Reviews
Reviews are scheduled to begin October 15 and will be done in twophases: The first phase will have employees reviewing themselves (they should list what they feel they do well, where they feel they could do better, etc.). During this phase, employees' colleagues will also review them. During phase two, employees will meet with their managers to discuss the results of their performance reviews.
Reviews should be completed by November 10, and managers are expected to have all paperwork finalized by November 15.
