meeting and introducing new people

Hello! Could you help me, please?

What do they usually say when they introduce new people to each other. I mean, when they use imperatives:

Meet, this is John. John, this is Jill. (?)
Get acquainted, this is John. John, this is Jill. (?)

Your variant?

Thank you!
