Do you mean that the text is to be attached to a job advertisement? If so, I don't think that "coordinated" or "press release" are right.

"coordinated" (in this sense) refers to a joint action. It doesn't seem likely that the media would "coordinate" with you over such an ad: normally you would just give it to a media out

Although I preserved the word "coordinated" from your original, it occurred to me later that it might be simpler just to say:

"Prepared press releases and arranged press conferences."

That's provided "arranged" is a fair description of what you did, of course.
