I am trying to express physical pains in English. Please correct me if you find any mistakes. Thanks in advance.
My throat is dry and i have been coughing on and off for several weeks. Sometimes I have a fever( or temperature) and I 've got a pain in my chest. Also, I have a backpain and feel painful when sitting at desk for a long time.
