Dear guys,
I'm new to this forum, but i fond it to be really good.
I need to apply for leave at my office and i've also typed the letter kindly plz tell me if i need to change any thing in this letters or if i need to add any thing else

Respected sir,As above mentioned, I would like to request you to grant me a leave for a minimum period of a month, starting from as I need to get my medical treatment done.As you are also aware of my financial status, I’ve already spent a lot of money in last few months to get myself cured for the aliments I’m suffering from, hence I request you to grant me a paid leave along with air fare for the treatment. I would be highly obliged if you would consider my request.
