Doctors have taken utmost care of HIS health.

why his is written in complete capital letters in this sentence. i saw this in online newspaper. why? thanks,

Probably not,but my opinion is that is a slang between the doctors and it must have some mistakes or the doctors know who is the subject in their conversation...
