hello teachers.,
I saw some medical reports and in one report i saw some sentences with no verb... is it possible to write without verb??

xyz test done. xyz suspective of TB. Correlate clinically. is this sentence correct?? smdl

I think you might have seen a rough draft of a medical report or a short clinical notes. I haven't seen a medical report of this kind.

It is called a short clinical notes, and those sentences are elaborated in the actual medical records.
