I wonder which one is correct and why?
"Medical College" or "Medicine College"

In the US you would say "Medical School" instead of Medical College, as in Harvard Medical School, or UCLA Medical School, etc.

How about "medical faculty", can we use it?

In the US you'd hear: medical school faculty, or med school faculty.
