Some people have different views whether newspapers or other media is the best way to learn news and update information. While I understand why some people choose newspapers, I believe other media is the best choice.

On the one hand, receiving news through reading newspapers can be good due to its credible source. With the government backing, the citizen can rest assure that the information behind these published stories are authentic.Beside, newspapers are the kind of media that is suitable for everyone, including elders, middle-aged people and youngsters.In terms of elders, since they are familiar with newspapers, it is difficult for them to use technology for other media. However, these stories' qualities are not up to the standards because the employees of these publishers are out of touch.

On the other hand, there are some reasons why I support the side of learning through other media. Other media bring a great deal of information, besides daily news. For instance, in terms of social media, they always update social skills, lifestyles, entertainment and scientific documents, which attract plenty of audiences, especially teenagers. As a result, people can obtain other helpful information and teenagers have a better studying foundation. Besides, it updates the latest news continuously and spreads to people immediately. Moreover, it is convenient for people to receive information anywhere and anytime. For example, people can use their smartphone to get updated while chatting or traveling with friends.

To sum up, both types seem to have their own merits. However, I personally think learning through other media is more effective when people are living in society 4.0
