Meat or meats?

"A butcher sells meat/meats."

Which is correct? What's the difference between meat and meats?

Thanks in advance.

You can use either there, but usually it is 'meat'. If you are in a nutrition discussion, you might use 'meats' when differentiating the kinds carefully, but for general conversation 'meat' is uncountable.
