Measurements? Dimensions?

HI! This is Andrew Jung in Korea.

I am confused about the difference and use between measurements and dimensions. The both words are used for indication of size of something. I hope to hear about the subtle meanings of the words from a Engilsh native speaker.

Thank you in advance.
