What is the difference in meaning between meanwhile and in the same time?

Can I say "Meanwhile I arrived in Florida my wife left to Brazil"?
Can I say "In the same time I arrive to Florida my wife left to Brazil"?

Then you are in error. The preposition collocates with the verb, not the noun.
