Meant by/for?

Hi everyone! Could you please tell me the difference between these two below sentences and their meanings too?
1-This song was meant for you.(What "for" means here)
2-This song was meant by you.
Actually I can't understand the meaning of first in which I used "for".Could you please explain me the meaning of the first and some more examples?
