Well, this is a great question. I had never heard of the word. I spent sometime online looking for it in dictionaries, and then I just searched it. I found "mimilicious" as a word on a few sites. I can only guess at this point. I think it is the use of "licious" at the end of a word to mean that something is very good, possibly delicious. It is attached to the name of a girl: Mimi. I suspected by the ending that it might be the same kind of construction as "bootylicious" which is so common in hip hop music (for those who might not know, it combines the slang term for posterior (booty) with the ending of delicious, to indicate someone who has an attractive posterior.
