Means

'There is no man on the earth (who is) smarter than Einstein'
1) Do I need the 'who is' here?

2) I just came across a thought: 'where's the article here?' Does the 'no' serve instead of him or something?

3) Do I need an article before 'means'? Do I always need it?
'I want you to use honest means only' -- is it correct?
'I thought you used it as a means to convince here' -- what about this one?

Thank you

Hello Maverick I've waited for someone to answer to your questions but no moderator has come until now. So I'll try to answer as my exercise. There is no man on the earth (who is) smarter than Einstein It would be better to put 'who is' in the sentence.
