Meaning with an apposition, a prepostion and a relative caluse.

Hello,

My name is Kathy Lee, mother of John Lee, who is a jailed Christian in Kosobo and suffering a lot.

Is the above confusing?

The jailed one coud be Kathy or John?

How do I write it better?

Thanks
