Meaning second nature

hello everyone,

I am working for a company and we are thinking of using a new slogan.

We are thinking of using the slogan: Innovation, our second nature.

According to a collegue of mine, using this slogan would mean that it is the second thing that representst the company.

I personnaly think that it means that innovation is something that is part of the nature of the company and it has nothing to do with being second or something.

I would like to hear your opinion on this matter.

Thanks in advance!

(I also personally feel that, in business, "innovation" is a tired and overworked word
