Meaning of "with us"

(A) Suppose that you have ordered something online. After that, you receive an email from the store saying:

(1) Thank you for shopping with us.

(B) Suppose that you have sent your antique vase to a company for appraisal. After they receive it, they send you an email saying:

(2) Thank you for sending your antique vase with us.


What do they mean by "with us"? Thank you very much.
