Meaning of "will"

Adam: Hey, Alex, do you want to open a savings deposit with my bank? I'll give you 3 percent interest a year.

Alex: I say, that sounds great, I actually have 90 dollars right here that I am saving for a rainy day and so I will it over to you. Here you go... 80 - 90. here you go.

Does the "will" there make sense to you? or it's just an mistake?
I mean I know you could "will" your possessions or moneys to a relatives; use "will" as verb.
But here is under a bank context.

I think it's a mistake, although I can imagine some people saying this jocularly (with the meaning of 'bequeath') in casual conversation in any case where the speaker gives money to another.
