Meaning of this "get"

Hi

It's from a website, and I would like to know how I should read "to get to SharePoint."

"Migration, Consolidation and Restructuring: Make it simple to get to SharePoint."

SharePoint is a name of Microsoft's product, and I'm not sure what this "get" means.

Would you rephrase it?

Thank you,
M
