Meaning of this "expertise"

Hi

Would you rephrase the part I underlined? Because the subject is Toad, I think this "expertise" means like a product, not knowledge, but can't be sure.

"Our Toad® products dramatically increase productivity by providing deep functional expertise across multiple database platforms."

Thanks,
M

mitsuwao23 by providing deep functional expertise I'm not sure you can expect advertising copy to adhere to the strict meanings of the words used. The important thing is to make you buy the product. " Their products make the expertise of their designers available to you - not as information per se, but as the results you will obtain.
