meaning of these...?

Hi,every one
I've just listened to a podcast and come across with these that I can't find the meaning:
It's surrounded by the mountains and It over looks the sea.
Well you should come on over then.(does it mean that after all of those explanation?)
I am really enjoying the restaurants that serve barbecued beef,which is grilled right at your table.
