Meaning of the sentance

Hi! I have a question concerning the meaning of the sentance. I translated this sentance, but I think that the meaning was a little bit perverted.

The team has announced two more friendly matches against Irish Premier League representatives Shamrock Rovers FC and Drogheda FC as part of their pre-season preparations.

What I wanted to say is that the team will have two additional matches besides the previously scheduled games against other rivals (not Shamrock and Drogheda). But as for me it looks like.... (really difficult to explain it... )... like the team has already matches against these Irish teams in their schedule and announce additional two.

Hope, somebody will understand what I mean.... Emotion: embarrassed

Just a small addition like "..two more friendly matches, this time against..." might help.
