Meaning of the passage?

Hi,

I don't understand the meaning of the following passage. Would you please clarify what the author wants to convey, and what is the meaning of" he'll turn government witness faster than I can say lethal injection. " and also the meaning of " you can kiss your butt so long"

Many thanks in advance.

f" he'll turn government witness <<< If he'll help the government to convict his fellow criminals. faster than I can say "lethal injection" This is a very idiomatic way of saying that he will betray his fellow criminals very quickly if he is threatened with capital punishment. " and also the meaning of " you can kiss your **** so long" It's a colourful way of saying that you will be doomed.
