I suppose you could use it; it certainly sounds catchy to me.
Just be aware of the religious undertones of "bless you."

We are usually 'blessed with success', not 'by success', which is what your phrase means.

My blog will be about success, personal development, motivation and self-help.

If that is the case, why not something simpler: 'Success'.
