" is a colloquial pattern used to express surprise, disbelief, complaint, etc. It is not literally asking about the duration of something, and the tense is not usually critical to getting the meaning across. Your three examples all mean about the same: the speaker is complaining that the addressee never listens to what the speaker says, and is therefore not expected to on this occasion either, or something like that.
