can you please describe the meaning of these two paragraphes?
1. Describe a trend which has happened with web applications over the last two or three years. How do you see this trend impacting Atlassian's products, which have many corporate as well as open source customers?
2. Have you ever worked on a product or project that delivered great end user value? What did you like about it, and what specifically made it great? If you never have worked on such a project, could you describe some other piece of software that delivers great end user value? Please avoid typical answers like Google and Apple.

Yes. in first paragraph I don't understand the phrase 'trend' in the sentence
and in second paragraph:
Does it mean that if I worked on a project that finally were appreciated by end user or it means a project that appreciate end users? or something else?
and in second paragraph:
