Meaning of Sentence

Dear All,

Please help me understand the meaning of the following sentence. The situation is like this, I am waiting for a interview result, where as the reply I got is as follows. So, I am not clear whether the other person is still waiting for feedback or is waiting for a feedback on how to proceed further with the recruitment process. Please help me.

"I'm just waiting on feedback as to how to proceed."

Thanks a lot in advance,

Rain

You have provided no further context, but I presume that that person is waiting for feedback from his superior about when, where and how to hold or present the results of your interview.
