Meaning of "right bias"
Hi,
I thought that if you cut a square on the bias, you cut it diagonally. That was until I ran into this sentence:
The sandwitch is cut exactly on the right bias
What is "right bias" ? Does it mean that you start cutting with the right end ?

It sounds like it's cut from the top right to the lowest left.
