If I say: Until Friday I am reserved.

I'm guessing that you mean that you are busy, or otherwise occupied, but your sentence is not language we would use in the U.S.

A more natural way to put that would be to use the idiom "tied up" or, just "busy."

e.g., "I'm tied up until Friday." or, "I'm busy until Friday." Another idiom for this is "booked up," but that is usually used in connection with someone who provides
