Meaning of properties

Travel back in time to a gracious antebellum South, explore the world of art or glimpse the future of style at one of the Autograph Collection's unique, iconic properties.

In this sentence, what does properties mean?
buildings (estates) or attributes?

And one more thing, Autograph Collection is a hotel group, isn't it?

Thanks in advance!

A property in this case is a resort or hotel. I've never heard of them before, but I would assume it's a hotel/resort company.
