Meaning of phrase

Dear Teacher,

I meet a sentence:

"Nope. I wish I could help you out, but I don't know much more than you do. Here, come on in." She lurched to her feet and held the screen door open. "I'm Charmaine Makowski (Mrs), or what's left of her. Do you exercise?"

Question: What's the meaning of "what's left of her"?

Thanks.

Anonymous I meet a sentence: I came across this sentence: what's left of her : the part of her that remains The suggestion is that she is not what she used to be. She has been diminished in some way from her former self. She doesn't feel completely rested and healthy, perhaps.

I guess that the fact that she LURCHED to her feet, in leu of rising to them, might be indicative of her health problems or exhaustion
